Barrister Asjad Saeed

Asjad Saeed was awarded an LL.B(Honours) and an LL.M (Masters in Intellectual Property Law) from the University of Manchester, United Kingdom. He was Called to the Bar at Lincoln’s Inn, London, United Kingdom in July 2005. 

He served as an Assistant Advocate General Punjab from 28.5.2018 to 7.12.2018. 

With his private practice spanning over more than 12 years, Asjad represented listed and unlisted public limited companies, private limited companies, several public authorities including Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan, Competition Commission of Pakistan, Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority, Federal Board of Revenue and Lahore Development Authority in matters involving questions of Constitutional, Banking and Company Law etc. His practice’s private clients within Pakistan consisted of many commercially and politically important members of public including members of the national and provincial parliaments belonging to all major political parties of Pakistan.
