Muhammad Ayub Buzdar did his Bachelor of Law Degree from the prestigious University namely Baha-ud-Din Zakariya University, Multan in Session-2003. After which he joined the legal profession as an advocate from District Courts on 22nd December-2006 and was later-on enrolled as an advocate of High Court on 03rd of January-2009. He remained office bearer of High Court Bar Association, Multan in Year-2010 and got more score. He is the life member of High Court Bar Association, Multan . He have more than 10 Years’ experience as an Advocate of High Court having hundreds of cases. During the tenure his private practice he conducted thousands of cases in the High Courts of the country as well as Tribunal and other courts on behalf of national, international firms and also of individuals. He also represented various clients in the Civil, Session and Superior Courts. There are many reported judgments during his appearance before the Hon’ble High Court. Till his appointment as Provincial Law Officer, he performed his legal duties & remained Legal Advisor of Parks and Horticulture Authority Multan since-2017, Legal Advisor MEPCO since-2010, Legal Advisor FBR since 2012, Legal Advisor Govt. Officials Co-operative Housing Building Society, Multan, and also Legal Advisor Multan Development Authority(MDA), Officers Town Multan since-2014. He also conducted specially assigned cases during his practice as Legal Advisor up-to the mark to relevant departments. He has excellent communication skills in Urdu, Punjabi, Saraiki, English and Balochi. He is currently working as Assistant Advocate General, Punjab since 07th December-2018, at Multan bench. Since appointment as Law Officer he conducted many of cases on behalf of Government of the Punjab. Now he is working under the kind supervision of Mr. Ahmad Awais, Worthy Advocate General, Punjab. |
