Tipu Salman Makhdoom

Tipu Salman Makhdoom is a Supreme Court lawyer, and a Senior Partner with Awais Law since 2009. He has a broad and extensive practice in complex litigation and arbitration matters, including constitutional, commercial, civil, information technology, intellectual property, regulatory, criminal, securities, banking, labor, services, contests for corporate control, corporate criminal investigations.

Mr. Makhdoom has some of the major local and international corporations and high net worth individuals in high profile matters many of which has been reported judgments by leading law journals.  Recent representative clients include, inter alia, Bank of Khyber, Fat Burger, Pakistan International Airline, Civil Aviation Authority, Muslim Commercial Bank, Ghani Glass, Allied Bank Limited, Habib Bank Limited, WAPDA.  He is considered to be amongst the best constitutional lawyers of the country and regularly represents clients in the Supreme Court and the High Courts on appellate and constitutional matters.

Tipu is a published author with three books and many articles to his credit. He has also been teaching law at different universities.
