Mr. Zafar Zulqarnain Sahi handled various cases in the past 13 years, providing litigation and consultancy services to a wide range of clients at the Civil Courts, District and Sessions Courts and High Courts in Suits, Revisions, Appeals, Writ Petitions etc. on matters pertaining to Service and Labour Laws, Procurement and Tender Laws, Constitutional Laws, Contractual Laws, Healthcare Laws, Tax and Revenue Laws, Property Laws; Rent and Lease Laws, Education Laws, Intellectual Property Laws etc. Sahi has also been advocating and soliciting Minto & Mirza in 2006-2008 where in his time Sahi worked on various matters including matters relating to the Security and Exchange Commission of Pakistan. He has been providing legal opinions to Mitchells Pakistan, drafting of contracts, agreements and pleadings etc. Moreover Sahi also had the honour of working for Mr. Abid Hassan Minto, Bhatti and Awan Associates, ESFA Pvt Ltd/Hence Pvt Ltd, Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority. |
